Delivery & Assembly Information
Standard delivery
Our standard delivery service is conducted by one person to the building door. It is very important that there is sufficient access for a commercial vehicle and you are physically able to handle the goods from the building door. If this is a problem please refer to our ‘Enhanced delivery’ service detailed below.
Truck deliveries will be pre-booked and will sometimes arrive palletized. Please refer to each product’s ‘delivery’ information to find out whether an item is transported by courier or truck.
Standard delivery charges
Our standard service is FREE in the UK mainland with the exception of PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW postcodes.
For PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW postcodes standard delivery service is free on orders over £500. Otherwise delivery is charged at £25 for courier items and £50 for truck items.
For Northern Ireland, UK offshore, European and worldwide please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Delivery charges (trade buyers)
On orders of £500 net in value our standard service is free in the UK mainland with the exception of PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW postcodes. On orders below £500 net value delivery is charged at £25 net for courier items and £50 net for truck items.
For PA, PH, DD, AB, IV & KW postcodes standard delivery service is free on orders over £1000 net in value. Otherwise delivery is charged at £25 net for courier items and £50 net for truck items.

Delivery times
For ‘in stock’ items only standard delivery times are as follows :
Courier* item: up to 7 days
Truck* item: up to 21 days

For ‘out of stock’ items please call the sales office on 0845 373 2763 for estimated delivery times. Where possible stock availability dates for ‘out of stock’ items are detailed on the website alongside the product.
Express delivery
A premium express delivery service (priced on application) is available to customers who require a fast track delivery. This service can only be offered on orders of ‘in stock’ items. For a quotation please select this delivery service at check out or call the sales office.
A premium delivery service (priced on application) is available to customers who require one or more of the following:The delivery needs to be done on a specific date and/or time
The goods need to be carried beyond the building entrance (such as an apartment building)
The goods need to be assembled and packaging removed

Customer collection
Orders can be collected from our warehouse premises at 22 Torbay Business Park, Woodview Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ4 7HP. Collections must be booked in advance on 0845 373 2763 and please consider the suitability of your vehicle as some items are large, heavy and fragile.
Storage
Should you need to delay the dispatch date of your order for any reason we are happy to offer 28 days free storage. Thereafter weekly storage charges apply which are calculated on the volumetric size of the goods.
Product Assembly
Following delivery many of our products require some level of assembly. Each product is categorized as follows:
Fully assembled - following delivery the item is ready to be used once it is removed from its packaging
Semi assembled - following delivery the item requires basic assembly usually involving leg or door handle attachment
Unassembled – following delivery the item requires a considerable degree of assembling which can require additional tools and physical assistance.
