Delivery Charges

FREE standard delivery on all orders in the UK mainland except some FK, TD, AB, IV, KW, PH, PA, DD and KA postcodes.
Orders that do not qualify for free delivery will be charged £35 ex.VAT (£42 inc.VAT) or £70 ex.VAT (£84 inc.VAT) PER ORDER depending on the product(s) selected - Please refer to the Delivery tab on the individual product page. Products identified as 14 day delivery are via truck and charged at £70 ex.VAT (£84 inc.VAT) . 7 day delivery is via van / courier and charged at £35 ex.VAT (£42 inc.VAT). For orders containing products with mixed delivery times, the higher delivery charge (£70 ex.VAT) will be applicable.
For Northern Ireland, UK offshore, European and Worldwide please contact us for a delivery quotation.

FREE standard delivery on orders above £1300 ex.VAT in value to some FK, TD, AB, IV, KW, PH, PA, DD and KA postcodes. Otherwise £35 (ex.VAT) for 7day delivery time items or £70 (ex.VAT) for 14-day delivery time items.
For all orders to Northern Ireland, UK offshore, and Europe delivery is charged on a pallet rate. For Northern Ireland, UK offshore, European and Worldwide please contact us for a delivery quotation
For in stock items we can provide an express delivery service. Our order cut-off time is 11:00am. Express charges are determined by the items in your Shopping Cart and their Delivery time (this is displayed for the product under Shipping Details). Only one charge will be applied, so for a Shopping Cart containing a mix of 7 day and 14 day Delivery time items, only the highest charge will be applied:
7 Day = £15.00 ex.VAT (£18.00 inc.VAT)
14 Day = £25.00 ex.VAT (£30.00 inc.VAT)
14 Day+ = £70.00 ex.VAT (£84.00 inc.VAT) - This applies to a limited number of very large items that can only be delivered on a double pallet


Order Errors

You will receive an order confirmation by email.  Failure to check for errors could result in surcharges later.


Damages & Shortages

Please ensure that the delivery consignment is checked before the driver departs. If the driver will not wait or If there are any doubts as to the condition of the contents, please sign as ‘Damaged’ or ‘Unchecked’.
All damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you keep all packaging and enclosures that accompany the product(s) for as long as possible after delivery, as this may be required should you need to return an item. Items that require assembly must be checked for missing parts and/or damage before starting assembly. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged during assembly - Please read the assembly instructions carefully. If you are missing the assembly instructions, please contact us.


Delivery Style (standard service)

Most standard deliveries are conducted by one person in a van or truck up to the kerbside. It is therefore very important to ensure suitable vehicle access and notify us of potential issues including, but not limited to, narrow roads, low bridges, gated communities etc... and that you are physically able to handle the goods from the vehicle tailgate into your premises. Many deliveries are palletised to ensure your goods arrive safely, securely and without damage. Please ensure that you dispose of the pallet responsibly. If this style of delivery is not suitable, please contact us to discuss enhanced delivery upgrades which include:
  • Two man delivery service to room of choice
  • Specific delivery date or time
  • Assembly of goods and removal of packaging

All the above are available by quotation.


Delivery Times (standard service)

The maximum delivery time from stock for UK orders is 7 or 14 days depending on the product (refer to price list or website for specific product delivery time).  For all European orders please allow a delivery time of 21 days.
Express delivery - if the item is in stock and you need it quicker contact us to discuss an enhanced delivery upgrade. 


Collect Your Order

You are welcome to arrange your own collection but please consider the suitability of the vehicle or carrier as many of our furniture products are large, heavy and fragile. Stock items can be collected with 48 hours of order placement. Collection is by appointment only from our warehouse in Paignton and is available Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays)



Should you need to delay the dispatch date of your order for any reason, we are happy to offer 28 days FREE storage. Thereafter, weekly storage charges apply which are calculated on the volumetric size of the goods. Please contact us for more information.


Product Assembly

Following delivery many of our products require some level of assembly. Each product is categorized as follows:
  • Fully assembled - the item is ready to be used once it is removed from its packaging
  • Semi assembled - the item requires basic assembly usually involving leg or door handle attachment
  • Unassembled – the item requires a considerable degree of assembling which can require additional tools and physical assistance
